Home Health Aides provide a variety of personal care services, sometimes referred to as “hands-on” services. These services include helping you with:

• Bathing, washing hair and shaving
• Dressing and toileting
• Feeding and meal preparation
• Mobility and assisting with range-of-motion exercises

Home Health Aides also are responsible for:

• Performing delegated tasks supervised by a registered nurse
• Documenting care and observations, notifying the registered nurse of any health changes
• Following and assisting you in your plan of care
